  • How does the Pay Per User plan work?

    You pay $4.95 per year for each active user that has Centriq with your branding. You will be charged at the end of the month they sign up, and again each following year, if they remain an active user. (An active user is someone you invited who downloaded the app, used it, or opened an alert email in the past 90 days.)

  • Do you offer a trial plan or money-back guarantee?

    We do not currently offer a trial or money-back guarantee. However, there is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time.

  • Will my credit card be automatically charged when it is time to renew?

    Yes, unless you cancel your sponsorship, your credit card will be automatically charged when it is time to renew.

  • When is renewal charged for the Annual Unlimited plan?

    Renewal is charged each year on the anniversary of when you signed up.

  • When is renewal charged for the Pay Per User Plan?

    Renewal is charged each year on the anniversary of when you were initially charged for that user.

  • Is there a way to opt out of automatic billing?

    No, at this time sponsorship requires opting in to automatic billing.

  • How do I invite clients to my branded version of Centriq?

    You invite clients through the Sponsorship Dashboard via the Invitations tab or the Properties tab.

  • What is the benefit of choosing one plan over the other?

    The annual plan amounts to approximately 6 users per month. If you have a large number of clients that you think will benefit from using Centriq, the Annual Unlimited Plan may be better for you. If you have fewer clients, or don’t anticipate sharing Centriq with your entire contact database, then the Pay Per User Plan may be a better choice.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade plans before it is time for me to renew if I find that my client-base/usage is greater or less than what I expected it to be?

    No, at this time we don’t allow you to change plans mid-cycle.

  • If I upgrade from the Pay Per User Plan to the Annual Unlimited Plan, are my fees pro-rated?

    No, at this time we don’t allow you to change plans mid-cycle.

  • What does it mean to transfer properties? Why would I do that?

    If you are working with a buyer or a seller, you can choose to digitize the property for your client, and then transfer it to them, preloaded with valuable information.

  • Why would my clients want to use Centriq?

  • What if I am on the Pay Per User Plan and my clients uninstall or do not use the app?

    If your client uninstalls or doesn’t use the app, then you won’t be charged for that user when they come up for renewal.

  • Can you give me more details about active users?

    An active user is someone you invited who has downloaded the app, used it, or opened an alert email in the past 90 days. If a user is active at the time of their annual renewal date, you are charged $4.95 for that user. If a user is inactive when it comes time for renewal, you aren’t charged for that user. If a user becomes inactive, we do not delete your branding from the app, so if at a later date they open the app again, they still see your branding.
